Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited uses of the HyperBasis Service. It supplements the Terms of Service.

You must not use the Service or its data to:

1. Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
2. Engage in, facilitate, or promote market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or any form of securities or commodities fraud.
3. Conduct or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
4. Evade sanctions or trade in violation of export controls.
5. Build tools or strategies designed to deceive, defraud, or harm other market participants.
6. Harass, abuse, or harm others.
7. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
8. Distribute malware or engage in any activity that harms or disrupts our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to monitor usage to detect violations of this AUP. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a violation has occurred, we may suspend or terminate access, and may report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

We may cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required by law.
